Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and present clear, concise reports to key stakeholders, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the financial health of the company and provide proactive solutions for improvement.
• Support strategic decision-making processes through comprehensive cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors' financial performance, enabling proactive adjustments to our financial strategies.
• Aid in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CFA qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, with experience in a senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting tools.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Solid team player with the capacity to lead and mentor junior analysts when needed.
