Key Responsibilities
- Lead key aspects of the month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations between multiple systems
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop annual budgets and support monthly forecasting activities
- Create monthly and quarterly reports for leadership, providing actionable business insights
- Analyze customer profitability and other performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present monthly operational reporting packages for a business unit
- Possess strong communication skills to partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A experience
- Strong accounting foundation with experience preparing journal entries and reconciliations
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
