Senior Financial Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial planning activities to assist business decision making.
• Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and explain key performance drivers.
• Develop financial models and reporting tools to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
• Manage large data sets, validate information, and maintain accurate financial reporting processes.
• Partner with cross functional teams to provide insights, recommendations, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with experience working with large volumes of data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with data automation, reporting tools, and analytical platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying financial insights to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting structures.
• Previous experience within manufacturing, technology, aerospace, defense, or other complex operational environments.
