Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate model-generated financial and accounting artifacts (reports, spreadsheets, slide decks) against domain-specific quality rubrics, identifying errors in accuracy, methodology, and presentation
- Audit technical correctness of outputs spanning core finance and accounting disciplines including financial statements, budgeting models, and analytical frameworks
- Document factual inaccuracies, logical inconsistencies, and presentation deficiencies with clear, structured written commentary
- Apply professional judgment to distinguish between minor formatting issues and material errors in financial reasoning or calculation
- Deliver actionable, rubric-aligned feedback that can be operationalized for model improvement
Core Requirements
- Demonstrated professional expertise in general finance and/or accounting, with hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, or a closely related discipline
- Strong command of financial statement analysis, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and standard modeling conventions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides), with the ability to audit complex spreadsheet logic and presentation structure
- Native or professional-level written English fluency; capable of producing precise, well-organized evaluative feedback
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently against structured evaluation criteria
Additional Strengths
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Background in audit, valuation, FP&A, or financial control brings direct relevance to artifact types reviewed
