Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of various revenue optimization, pricing, and discounting initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and local demand to inform pricing decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with operations, sales, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with community-level goals and broader organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing scenarios, promotional strategies, and capital investments.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and continuously improve reporting tools and processes.
• Provide regular reporting and executive-level presentations with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive financial analysis experience, with 1 year in the senior housing, hospitality, healthcare, real estate, or related industry highly desired.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, Oracle, SmartView/Ess-base or similar platforms).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
