About the role
Join a mission-driven organization and help ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Support financial statement and SOC 1 audits.
- Aid in tax filings and regulatory reporting.
- Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
- Partner with internal teams to support accounting and financial operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- CPA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with financial systems and software.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with financial statement analysis and interpretation.
