Senior Finance Manager, Corporate Development Finance

Description

Amazon's Corporate Development Finance team seeks a Senior Manager to drive strategic partnerships with our Corporate Development, Business Development organizations, and senior leadership. In this high-visibility role, you will evaluate diverse business opportunities spanning M&A, investments, commercial partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive due diligence efforts
• Conduct in-depth research on industries, potential partners, and competitors
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior management and executive teams
• Own financial analyses that guide strategic decision-making
• Drive corporate transactions across Amazon as part of an elite team

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or other transaction-related/due diligence experience

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• High proficiency with valuation modeling and techniques
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency with Excel and Capital IQ/FactSet
• Excellent business judgment
• Persuasive oral/written communication skills

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

USA, WA, SEATTLE - $164,600.00 - $222,700.00 USD annually
