About the role
This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute debt and equity capital raising transactions
- Manage relationships with current and potential investors and bankers
- Build financial models to drive cross-functional business decisions
- Develop materials and reports for Management and Board meetings
- Track investor interactions and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of investment banking or private equity experience
- Extensive experience building financial and operating models
- Interest and experience with leveraging AI tools for efficiency
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university (preferred)
- Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
