About the role
The Corporate Finance Senior Manager role is an opportunity to join our small and impactful Corporate Finance team working on high-visibility, mission-critical projects across capital raising, investor & banker relations, strategic finance, and board & management reporting. This role reports to our Vice President, Corporate Finance (Neal Chhabra).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute debt and equity capital raising transactions; Full spectrum of process ranging from evaluation/analysis of capital alternatives through selection, negotiation, marketing, and execution of transactions
- Manage engagement with current and potential capital partners (both investor and investment bank relationships) including deepening relationship development, fulfilling reporting requirements, sharing business updates, and responding to diligence requests
- Implement new and improved tracking of investor interactions
- Work cross-functionally with partners across the finance department and broader organization to build financial models to drive key business decisions
- Develop update materials, reporting and analyses for Management and Board, particularly for the quarterly Board meeting cycle

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of investment banking and/or private equity experience (MBA not required; if applicable, time spent in an MBA program counts toward the experience requirement)
- Extensive experience building financial and operating models supporting capital raising and M&A transactions
- Experience working in or covering the healthcare industry
- Interest in and experience with leveraging latest AI tools to drive workflow efficiency and quality improvement

Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000 / year (also eligible for cash bonus and stock options)
