About the role

As a Senior Finance Manager – Clover Revenue at Fiserv, you are an individual contributor who delivers financial clarity for the Global Clover Business. You will lead close and planning cycles, transform complex data into executive-ready insights, and champion process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency. Partnering with Business Unit and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and Global channel finance teams, you align consolidated results and inform decisions that improve revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the close process, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Clover’s Global business in partnership with channel finance and global business partners.
  • Monitor and explain monthly performance versus targets; conduct variance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality dashboards, presentations, and reports with clear narratives to Finance and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to align with consolidated financials and reporting cadence.
  • Prioritize automation and process improvements in forecasting and reporting to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy.
  • Drive ad-hoc analyses for special projects and senior leadership requests.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting for product lines or business units.
  • Experience conducting variance analysis and performance reporting, translating complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (build driver-based models, pivot tables, lookups) and Microsoft PowerPoint (create clear, concise executive narratives and visuals).
  • Ability to build and maintain financial models and automate reporting using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Skills

  • Experience in the payments industry.
  • Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, BPC, Oracle) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, PowerPivot).
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry.
