Senior Finance Analyst
Role Summary
As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will serve as a core finance partner supporting global planning, performance management, and decision-making. The role combines strong financial rigor with advanced analytics and process innovation, including the use of AI-driven insights and agentic automation to enhance planning effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning to support global business decisions
- Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models supporting budgeting, long-range planning, and investment decisions
- Drive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear recommendations
- Improve planning, forecasting, and reporting processes through standardization and automation
- Leverage AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation, increasing speed and quality of insights
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs
- Support strategic initiatives through business cases and financial modeling
Requirements
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
- Experience with planning systems (e.g., Tagetik) and data-driven decision support
- Process improvement mindset with focus on scalability and standardization
- AI-enabled finance: ability to leverage AI/agentic tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar role
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business partnering capacity
- Exposure to advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools preferred
- Global experience preferred

- Compensation: $71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD
- This role is eligible for Bonus
