Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment and safety-focused culture
- Properly maintain and care for company property and equipment
- Demonstrate accountability, innovation, and empowerment in daily work activities
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform proactive troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities
- Identify and resolve equipment and operational issues in a timely manner
- Provide professional customer support and communication while onsite
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements
- Experience obtaining required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record required
- Previous technical or field service experience preferred
- 2–5 years of technical work experience, preferably in industrial or commercial process water systems
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems depending on business unit requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly
- Ability to leverage customer feedback and field experience to develop effective solutions, including in complex or unexpected situations
