Senior Field Service Technician
About the role
The Senior Field Service Technician will install, service, and maintain water purification equipment, using a company service vehicle. Specific training will be provided, with preference given to candidates with valid driving licenses, technical experience, and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment
- Utilize a company service vehicle
- Provide troubleshooting and repair services for industrial equipment
- Work with Variable Frequency Drives and PLC controls
- Use Microsoft Office applications, including smart devices
- Work in a high customer-facing position
- Identify and remedy potential safety concerns
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years technical experience, preferably in industrial or commercial process water
- Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing aptitude
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
- Experience with Variable Frequency Drives and PLC controls
- Ability to work in a high customer-facing position
- Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
- Pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with overnight stays less than 15%
- Experience with 50% or more daily travel
- Experience with occasional afternoons/weekends

Pay
The estimated salary range for this position starts at $30/hour - $35/hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills and experience.
Schedule
This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.
