Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements with key customers, serving as the point of contact for critical projects.
- Mentor and guide junior FAEs, providing technical direction and leadership in customer-facing projects.
- Take ownership of complex technical challenges, ensuring proactive solutions and project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, priorities, and resources.
- Lead the effort to understand customer requirements and develop tailored, optimized solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals and technical submittals while influencing customer decisions.
- Oversee and perform on-site testing, installation, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Identify product and feature gaps to feedback to the internal business groups.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, ensuring early involvement in design-in projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for customer technical needs and escalate issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (HQ and Factory) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of deliverables.
- Lead the development and delivery of technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Act as the go-to technical expert on data center solutions, power electronics, UPS systems, and power distribution technologies.
- Guide members in troubleshooting field failures and advocate internally for improvements to quality.
Technical Expertise and Training
- Continuously identify and communicate Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical leader in the data center, UPS, or power distribution industry.
- Proven leadership experience in customer engagement, project execution, and team mentorship.
- Strong background in power electronics and complex system-level problem solving.
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Pay
USD $140,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
