Senior Facilities Program Manager

Position Objective: Provide senior project and program management for complex NIAID facility, infrastructure, laboratory, renovation, relocation, and workplace initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and manage facility-related projects, including infrastructure, renovations, relocations, occupancy, workplace modernization, and closeout.Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, action logs, budgets, estimates, and project documentation.Coordinate scientific, administrative, facilities, architecture/engineering, IT, vendor, and other stakeholders; facilitate and document meetings.Monitor project status, resources, risks, issues, scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance; recommend mitigation and corrective action.Provide technical support for laboratory, clinical, animal research, data center, office, and other mission-critical environments while maintaining operational continuity.Prepare status reports, risk registers, change records, technical analyses, executive briefings, presentations, data-call responses, and closeout reports.Support CAD drawings, space planning studies, relocation plans, customer engagement, and decision-support products as assigned.Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, professional, current, and compliant with Government requirements and applicable federal facility practices.Direct multidisciplinary project teams and apply earned-value, schedule, and performance-management methods to identify gaps and implement corrective action.
