Pay

Responsibilities

• The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation of our facility management services to multiple spokes and depots, including ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and representing the company with respect to the client.
• Ensures that established company goals are realized while maintaining client relations that will enhance future business and has total responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract.
• Oversees all aspects of the client’s sites which include critical physical infrastructure.
• Ensures that all work performed within mission critical space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers.
• Manages the team that includes the Facility Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Workplace Experience Coordinators, Building Engineers, and Technicians.
• Oversees the development and accuracy of site-level operating procedures and other documentation.
• Supervises and escalates as needed ABM’s response to after-hours emergencies at assigned facilities.
• Provides training and support and aims to expand the capabilities of operations staff; gives hands‑on instructions in basic maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting procedures; demonstrates the proper use and care of tools; instills a high level of professionalism and directs the performance
