About the role
Provides maintenance, installation, and consulting support for building and infrastructure requirements of a manufacturing facility or site.
Responsibilities
- Leading facilities related projects.
- Communicating with suppliers' technical support to address equipment or infrastructure disruptions.
- Performing routine-to-complex engineering work potentially on multiple or large facilities.
- Manages planning, execution and control of small to medium scope facilities projects.
- Provides products and services to client's requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools and applications.
- Demonstrated experience managing large scale projects.
- Strong, demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- OSHA certification.
- Experience leading projects in either construction, maintenance or facilities.
- Understanding of mechanical principles or mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with budgeting or financial oversight.

- Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
- Facilities Management: Knowledge of safety measures for physical facilities; ability to maintain, care for and develop commercial and physical facilities.
- Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.

Pay
Pay Range: $112,704.00 - $169,056.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
