About the role

The Senior Facilities Coordinator at Providence Child Center is a 1.0 FTE, day shift position.

Responsibilities

  • Works with the department manager and his/her designees to plan, schedule and allocate work in an equitable and timely manner.
  • Develops and maintains processes for collecting data and reporting the status of testing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with standards set by regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree - Computer applications or Facility maintenance or 2 years of related work experience.
  • 2 years - Experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree - Computer applications or Facility maintenance or 2 years of related work experience. 2 years - Experience operating and managing computerized maintenance management applications or similar programs; and developing and generating reports from database applications.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading safety committee meetings, and staff education on safety awareness and best practices. Experience with Joint Commission Environment of Care Standards and Center for Medicare - Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

The Senior Facilities Coordinator at Providence Child Center works a full-time, day shift.
