About the role

The Senior Experiential Producer leads agency campaigns, serving as the central driver for process and client relations. This position directs project teams composed of staff and freelance producers and coordinators. Success requires high adaptability, creative problem-solving, and a track record of tailoring approaches to evolving scopes, schedules, and client needs. Extensive background managing high-end, high-touch brand engagements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns and live brand activations across beauty, fashion, luxury lifestyle, and premium spirits sectors.
• Build detailed execution roadmaps, delegate duties, and supervise internal teams and freelancers across all project milestones.
• Coordinate with internal creative, account, and media departments to align on deliverables, schedules, and campaign objectives.
• Build RFP cost models, administer multi-million-dollar budgets, handle post-event reconciliations, and manage vendor contract negotiations and billing.
• Direct field crews during load-in and execution, secure necessary municipal permits, oversee venue sourcing, and manage live operational assets (AV, fabrication, catering, staffing).
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client expectations, status updates, run-of-show schedules, and scope changes.
• Travel on-site as required by project locations.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a senior or lead producer role within an agency, managing high-complexity projects and high-value ($1M+) budgets.
• Demonstrated experience with luxury clientele, along with an established network of nationwide production vendors and venue partners.
• Fluent in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with project management software (such as Asana) preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong prioritization abilities under tight deadlines, and a collaborative, solution-focused leadership style.

Pay

$115,000 – $145,000 per year
