Senior Experiential Producer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creative vision across multiple concurrent projects
• Pitch and proposal creation; venue sourcing; timeline and critical path management
• Budget, schedule, and full event documentation oversight (event books, production materials)
• Vendor relationship management, including technical drawing review, cost negotiation, and ongoing communication
• Internal stakeholder and design team collaboration for project progress and budget updates
• Main client liaison, managing daily communication and issue resolution
• Junior team member and project-based assistant mentoring
• Client-facing material development, including status reports and production documentation for sign-off
• Financial management from pitch to reconciliation, ensuring accurate cost tracking and margin targets
• Onsite event execution, including setup, live production, and breakdown (travel may be required)
• Balancing creative excellence with commercial objectives, delivering projects on brief, on time, and within budget
• Contributing to team culture through creative thinking, organization, and mentorship

Requirements

• Strong interest and experience in the luxury sector
• Extensive background in creative event production and vendor management
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Professional, personable, and highly collaborative demeanor
• Solid understanding of health & safety, insurance, permitting, and security requirements
• Experience leading teams through full project lifecycles—from concept through execution
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across global markets
• Passion for storytelling and creating culturally relevant, immersive experiences
