Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production and execution of live events, conferences, festivals, pop-ups, brand activations, integrated campaigns, and immersive experiences.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless on-site execution of campaigns and communications with vendors.
  • Manage campaign, including timelines, budgets, scheduling, updates, and documentation.
  • Prepare and present reports to identify insights, including post-event recaps.
  • Provide on-site logistical support, including travel, props, set-up, break-down, troubleshooting.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends to provide valuable insights, including creative ideation to contribute to new business proposals and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Previous experience in an advertising, communications, or marketing agency setting. Experiential agency experience required!
  • Must have 6-10+ years of experience (dependent on level) with events, experiences, and brand activations.
  • Previous experience across multiple industries.
  • Proven track record of success in overseeing events, planning, scheduling, and vendor relations.
  • Strong communications skills and the ability to present to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with project management and production software tools, including Trello, Slack.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite required.
  • Strong understanding of creative tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Able to work on-site and travel, including events that may take place during evenings or weekends.
