Responsibilities
- Complex and detailed calendar management

- Preparation of agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and supporting documentation

Requirements

- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- A primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer/Senior Vice President
- Liaison with the Office of the President, senior leadership, Office of the General Counsel, and the Broward College Foundation and Institutional Advancement
- Exceptional professional maturity, diplomacy, integrity, and the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Requires travel among Broward College campuses in support of the Chief Operating Officer/Senior Vice President, including coordination of materials and logistics necessary to support executive operations across locations
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum Experience/Training: Seven years of progressively responsible experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting complex office operations and executive-level functions. Three years of experience should include direct support to senior leadership or C-suite executives.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
- An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 (Salary Commensurate with Education and Experience)
