Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing, Chemical Division

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our Chemical Division, which specializes in the marketing and sales of AOP/Placement printing chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
• Identify potential markets and customer segments for growth.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Visit factories and customers regularly to understand their needs and provide appropriate chemical solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.
• Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements with customers.
• Monitor sales performance and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and sales metrics.
• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical or textile industry.
• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
