About the Role
Mariners Group are looking for a proactive, analytical, and experienced professional for the position of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – MIS & Sales Admin. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the FMCG sector and be capable of managing sales MIS, reporting, business analysis, ERP operations, and sales administration to support strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze sales, distribution, and business data to identify trends and support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, and Formulas).
- Generate sales performance reports, KPI reports, target achievement analysis, and incentive calculations.
- Work with ERP systems for data extraction, validation, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Sales, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Monitor distributor performance, sales activities, stock movement, and product availability.
- Provide analytical reports and recommendations to improve sales performance and business operations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and management presentations.
- Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of accurate information.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement through automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MIS & Sales Administration.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is mandatory.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with ERP software.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay & Schedule
Salary is negotiable. This is a full-time position based in Dhaka.
