Senior MIS Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior MIS/SAP Manager to join our Global Support team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of the organization's MIS to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead MIS team to develop and maintain global information systems to support organizational objectives
• Translate and map user requirements into database and software application design
• Fully understand the business process and implement new features according to the user requirement
• Create project plans to work on requirements from internal users and customers
• Able to identify the root cause and create an overall plan for the process improvement instead of only fixing the issues identified
• Resolve customer support issues
• Set up the training and knowledge sharing within the MIS team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their integration or automation to enhance business processes
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar professional field
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing MIS or software teams
• Minimum 7 years of experience in database application design and/or implementation for ERP/MRP systems
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft SQL Server Database
• Experience with Peoplesoft is a plus
• Experience with full deployment of SAP for core functions is a plus

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is between $145,000 and $175,000. This may be subject to change based on the candidate's education, experience and skill set.
