Management Analyst, Senior

Job Duties

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations
• Design systems and procedures
• Conduct work simplification and measurement studies
• Prepare operations and procedures manuals
• Lead the application of analytic techniques
• Help define project objectives and strategic direction
• Provide leadership and vision to client and project teams around the methodology
• Resolve complex problems
• Direct the activities of more junior Analysts or other staff

Requirements

• A BS or BA degree
• At least five (5+) years of experience as an analyst
• At least three (3) years must be in specialized in a program management, technical, or business analysis discipline
• At least three (3) years professional experience supporting NAVAIR programs or offices
• Demonstrated knowledge of management and operations of Department of Navy Systems Commands
• Two (2) years of supervisory/lead experience
• Experience performing complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, communication techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems
• Experience sufficient to support senior Navy Leadership in facilitating and developing command wide strategic planning and Enterprise level vision documents
• Experience administering large organization executive board meetings
• Experience developing command-wide documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Sharepoint and the standard Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time, twist, bend and squat periodically.
