Who You Are
- You enjoy working in an engaging office setting, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on executive needs.
- 7–12+ years of administrative or executive support experience, including 3+ years supporting C-suite executives.
- You bring a can-do, positive attitude to everything you take on.
- You are unquestionably trustworthy and consistently demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, tact, and poise.
- You are flexible and available to work late hours and weekends as needed, and you can remain on-call during the CEO’s travel or during peak workload periods.
- You ideally have prior experience interacting with high-profile individuals in both public and private sectors.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You thrive under pressure, respond resourcefully to shifting priorities, and take initiative to solve problems proactively.
- You have expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with advanced skills in Excel preferred.
- You have experience using Adobe Pro and, ideally, Adobe Illustrator.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications
- Competitive Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity: $107,000 - $121,000, annual bonus opportunity.
