The Role
The ideal candidate will serve as the extension of the executive they support, acting as a strategic partner. They should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of Executive Level Administrative support experience in a Financial, Tech, VC, or startup setting
- Able to work in the U.S.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working remotely
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Suites, Google Suites
- Experience with Asana, Slack, and Zoom
- Proficient in any other software necessary to effectively complete tasks in a remote setting
- Master of Outlook or Gmail Email and Calendar
- Type a minimum of 60 WPM
- Experience with travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Dictation transcription
