The Role

The ideal candidate will serve as the extension of the executive they support, acting as a strategic partner. They should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of Executive Level Administrative support experience in a Financial, Tech, VC, or startup setting
  • Able to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working remotely
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Suites, Google Suites
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, and Zoom
  • Proficient in any other software necessary to effectively complete tasks in a remote setting
  • Master of Outlook or Gmail Email and Calendar
  • Type a minimum of 60 WPM
  • Experience with travel arrangements (domestic and international)
  • Dictation transcription
