Senior Event Lead
Responsibilities
- Supervise stadium operations including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, and VIP sections.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
- Cook up with maintenance, security, and event teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Lead and supervise a team of event staff, ushers, and support personnel.
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Aid with scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues during events.
- Oversee crowd control, guest services, and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Prepare post-event reports detailing staffing, incidents, and operational improvements.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for assigned areas.
- Support budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in stadium, arena, or large venue operations with supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions. Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols. Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.

The Senior Event Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the stadium, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for guests, staff, and vendors. This role combines leadership, problem-solving, and hands-on supervision to maintain operational excellence during events and non-event days.
