Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
Our headquarters are in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in the office) in one of our office locations - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Charlotte, NC, Los Angeles, CA or Atlanta, GA. Preference for candidates to be local to the Charlotte, NC area.
THE JOB
Senior Event Executive (Legacy Sports/CSR)
Financial Services Client
THE WORK YOU'LL DO
- Support teammates with planning and execution of multiple on-the-ground activations
- Prepare necessary event documents including event guides, status reports, inventory tracking documents, etc.
- Aid with vendor management and logistical planning
- Work cross-functionally with various internal and external disciplines
- Develop a knowledge and understanding of financial service client's sponsorship portfolio and business initiatives
- Participate in brainstorms and creative ideation and provide research as requested
- Additional projects as assigned, which may include: assistance on other events/programs, competitive research, POVs, property research, etc.
- Domestic event travel will be required throughout the year, including nights and weekends

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A passion for sports, cause, arts/film
- 3+ years of event-related experience preferred, with a focus on executing large-scale custom experiences to small-scale turnkey engagements
- The mindset that no job is too small or too big, with a can-do attitude and desire to succeed & learn
- An individual who is coachable and willing to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solver
- You're a go-getter, who demonstrates initiative and embraces new challenges
- Willingness to brainstorm fun ideas and bring them to life
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Willing to work non-traditional hours including weekend travel
- Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel: Moderate (20-45%)
