Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate bid specifications and drawings
- Ensure all bids are received from subcontractors
- Work with Project Management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets
- Review bid requirements for projects under $500K
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of substation estimating experience
- Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner
- Comfortable working with numbers
