Responsibilities

• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure successful bidding and project execution
• Follow-up with subcontractors to ensure timely receipt of bids
• Work with Project Management teams to manage bids and budgets
• Review bid requirements for projects under $500K to ensure all aspects are documented and accounted for

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent from a 4-year college or university
• At least 5 years of substation estimating experience
• Valid driver license for the types of vehicles used and an acceptable driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner
• Comfortable working with numbers

Pay

The salary range for this position is $138,000 - $200,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position. Pay will be determined based on an individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
