About the role

The Senior ERP & Enterprise Applications Delivery Manager is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced enterprise applications professional to drive large-scale ERP and operational technology initiatives within a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, including ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programs.
  • Drive functional delivery across Oracle ERP areas including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Cost Management.
  • Support ERP modernization initiatives, including readiness planning for future cloud-based ERP transformations.
  • Partner with Finance teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, inventory controls, and audit readiness.
  • Lead warehouse and operational systems initiatives supporting receiving, inventory management, refurbishment, fulfillment, and logistics workflows.
  • Manage delivery across warehouse management platforms and operational technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to optimize workflows, improve inventory accuracy, and increase operational scalability.
  • Oversee enterprise integrations across ERP, warehouse systems, operational platforms, reporting environments, and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to establish scalable integration strategies and delivery standards.
  • Coordinate data migration, system cutovers, release planning, and implementation activities for major technology initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional program teams consisting of analysts, developers, consultants, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate executive governance meetings, risk reviews, project updates, and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Establish enterprise application governance practices, including change management, release controls, documentation standards, and operational support processes.
  • Partner with compliance teams to support controls, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track delivery performance, operational improvements, business outcomes, and value realization metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, modernization, and reduction of technical complexity.
  • Mentor team members and promote strong delivery practices across enterprise application functions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading ERP or enterprise application delivery programs.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or enterprise applications leadership role.
  • Strong functional expertise with Oracle EBS R12, including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, Subledger Accounting, and Cost Management modules.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise application implementations and integrations within operational or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems such as Deposco, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or equivalent solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP architecture, enterprise integrations, operational workflows, and business process optimization.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, multi-region, or high-volume operational environments.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
  • Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain, re-commerce, or consumer electronics industries is preferred.
  • Oracle EBS R12.2 upgrade or reimplementation experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion migration planning is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Snowflake, Tableau, or OTBI is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting SOX/ITGC compliance and audit processes is preferred.
  • Agile delivery experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is a plus.
  • PMP, SAFe, or comparable program management certifications are preferred.

Benefits

Competitive base salary range of approximately $135,000-$175,000 per year, plus potential bonus opportunities.
