Senior ERP Engineer

About the role

CLA is growing and seeks to hire an experienced Senior ERP Engineer to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications using Workday Studio, Workday Cloud Platform and other tools
• Configure and maintain business process definitions in Workday
• Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other internal/external systems
• Configure and maintain domain security policies, and business process policies in Workday
• Provide technical direction on configuration and new functionality related to Workday
• Create and review technical documentation for new and existing processes, policies, and user guides
• Has good working knowledge of Workday Adaptive, Workday Studio Integrations, & Advance Matrix reports
• Participate in project teams that are either directly associated with the ERP or that use the information
• Communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Be a level three application support for CLA’s ERP Team
• Review application updates and compare to business needs for impact on existing configuration and to identify opportunities
• Provide implementation support, Workday optimization related to business processes, security and data integrity for the applications

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP, HRIS of financial reporting systems required
• 2+ years of experience with Workday preferred
• Experience in engineering and testing ERP integrations to external vendors or other parties
• Detail oriented team player who is comfortable with managing confidential information in a professional manner

Qualifications

• Experience planning, facilitating, documenting and managing business, functional and technical requirements
• Experienced in Workday configuration, integration, reporting, testing and migration

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
