Senior Environment Artist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Environment Artist to join our collaborative and innovative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about co-op games that offer players creative tools to craft, build, and shape environments.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Art team to define and implement the art, workflow, and pipeline for our game.
• Provide valuable insights and solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our game development processes.
• Collaborate with other developers to enhance the overall game experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Environment Artist in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling and immersive environments.
• Experience working on cooperative open-world sim games.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Art team and other developers.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, and lighting software such as Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field.
• A Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and how they apply to environment creation.
• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
