Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Environment Artist in game development.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality environment art and world-building.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard 3D content creation software.
  • Strong understanding of modular environment workflows, composition, lighting, and environmental storytelling.
  • Experience creating assets optimized for real-time game engines.
  • Understanding of material creation, UV workflows, and asset optimization.
  • Ability to interpret concept art while maintaining artistic consistency.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous development environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Unity and real-time rendering pipelines (nice to have).
  • Knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-processing workflows (nice to have).
  • Experience creating stylized environments (nice to have).
  • Previous experience on shipped PC or Console titles (nice to have).
