Skill Requirements
- Proven experience as an Environment Artist in game development.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality environment art and world-building.
- Proficiency with industry-standard 3D content creation software.
- Strong understanding of modular environment workflows, composition, lighting, and environmental storytelling.
- Experience creating assets optimized for real-time game engines.
- Understanding of material creation, UV workflows, and asset optimization.
- Ability to interpret concept art while maintaining artistic consistency.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and asynchronous development environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Unity and real-time rendering pipelines (nice to have).
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-processing workflows (nice to have).
- Experience creating stylized environments (nice to have).
- Previous experience on shipped PC or Console titles (nice to have).
