Senior Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

What will you do?
- Lead and coordinate server infrastructure projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery.
- Administer, configure, and maintain on-premise and cloud servers, including Windows/Linux systems, virtualization platforms, and Azure resources.
- Maintain and administer network infrastructure utilizing Juniper switches, access points, and security devices, including configuration, firmware management, and performance monitoring.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and support Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including security policies, NAT rules, interface configuration, user-ID integration, and threat prevention features.
- Aid in network architecture improvements, including VLAN segmentation, routing enhancements, firewall optimization, and modernization of network services.
- Aid in monitoring and maintaining the department’s Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform, including reviewing alerts, triaging events, and coordinating follow-up actions with security personnel.
- Under the guidance of the Information Security Officer, apply system hardening practices, secure configuration baselines, and security patches.

- You desire a monthly salary range of $8,881 - $11,905 with a 2% pay differential as well as a longevity bonus.
Working Conditions
- This position is eligible for participation in the office’s hybrid telework program. Work at the alternate work location must be in California and conducted in a space that is ergonomically sound, private, distraction-free, and has safe working conditions to be eligible to telework.
- Work performed in the office is in an air-conditioned high-rise building with elevator access and both natural and artificial lighting.
- Work may require sitting for an extended period of time using a personal computer and the use of standard office equipment, such as phones, copiers or scanners.
- Work may require periodic non-standard work hours and work during weekends to meet workload needs and demands.
Who are you?
- You have a strong technical foundation in enterprise network, server, cloud, and storage infrastructure, with the ability to lead and support complex environments.
- You have demonstrated experience of modernizing infrastructure and leading technical projects from planning through implementation.
- You can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across multiple platforms with minimal direction.
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify vulnerabilities, address audit findings, and strengthen security controls.
- You have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with information security, leadership, and technical teams.
- You can translate technical concepts into clear, understandable information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You have the initiative to take ownership of tasks, anticipate needs, and proactively improve systems, processes, and security posture.
- You have experience managing multiple priorities and projects in fast-moving, high-demand environments.
