WE’RE HIRING! Position: Senior Infrastructure Specialist Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities Server & Systems Administration Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including domain controllers, file servers, and application servers. Active Directory & Group Policies: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies through Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). Virtualization Management: Administer and optimize virtual environments using Hyper-V and VMware technologies. Backup & Recovery: Implement and manage enterprise backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness. Monitoring & Performance: Monitor server performance, availability, and capacity, and manage on-site or cloud servers to ensure 99.9% uptime with regular backups and security patches. Patch Management: Apply system updates, patches, and service packs in accordance with security and compliance standards. Azure Cloud Operations Azure Platform Administration: Manage and administer Azure infrastructure including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage, Networking, Azure AD, RBAC, and subscription governance; perform BAU operations aligned with SOPs and runbooks. Azure Incident Management & Troubleshooting: Act as first line of ownership for Azure-related production incidents; troubleshoot across compute, storage, networking, Azure AD, RBAC, VPN, VNET peering, NSGs, and Load Balancers; perform RCA and implement fixes to prevent recurrence. SOP-Driven Cloud Operations: Execute and adhere to SOPs, maintain operational consistency, improve runbooks based on recurring incidents, and ensure compliance with SLAs, audit requirements, and operational standards. Terraform & Azure DevOps Support: Use Terraform for provisioning and modifying Azure infrastructure, troubleshoot deployment and state-related issues, support drift detection, and assist with Azure DevOps pipeline support, debugging, and CI/CD infrastructure workflows. Azure Monitoring, Security & Governance: Monitor Azure environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights; optimize resource utilization and cost; maintain RBAC, Azure Policies, governance frameworks, and Azure Key Vault; ensure compliance with organizational security standards. On-Call Support: Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support production and cloud operations. Hardware, End-User & Office IT Support Hardware Lifecycle Management: Provide end-to-end oversight of the laptop ecosystem, including procurement, OS imaging/configuration, and deployment for new hires and existing staff. Support & Maintenance: Serve as primary point of contact for hardware diagnostics, component upgrades, and peripheral troubleshooting; coordinate repairs and lifecycle maintenance to minimize employee downtime. Inventory Control: Maintain a rigorous log of all company assets, including serial numbers, warranty status, and software assignments. Connectivity: Monitor and optimize office Wi-Fi, LAN, and firewall settings to ensure high-speed, secure internet access. Data Security: Maintain a secure computing environment by managing antivirus software and enforcing data encryption standards in line with data protection policies and client requirements. Telephony: Manage the office EPABX system, telephone extensions, and VOIP configurations. AV/VC Management: Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain audio-visual equipment for conference rooms and company events such as townhalls. SaaS Management: Oversee administration and licensing lifecycle for enterprise platforms including M365, Zoho, SAP B1, Google Workspace, and various CRM tools and internal portals. Identity Management: Administer user lifecycles (onboarding/offboarding); manage backups and permissions for Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint, including oversight of security credentials and folder-level access. Documentation & Collaboration Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of server configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes. Collaboration: Work closely with network, security, and application teams to support integrated IT operations and projects. Qualification Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience 10+ years with proven hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy management. Strong working knowledge of virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware) and enterprise backup/disaster recovery solutions. Solid experience administering Azure infrastructure (VMs, App Services, Storage, Networking, Azure AD, RBAC) and troubleshooting Azure production incidents. Familiarity with Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD infrastructure workflows. Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Azure Policies, and Key Vault. Practical experience managing IT hardware lifecycles, office connectivity, telephony/VOIP, and AV/VC systems. Experience administering SaaS platforms (M365, Google Workspace, Zoho, SAP B1, CRM tools) and identity/access management (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint). Strong documentation habits and the ability to work cross-functionally with network, security, and application teams. Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
