About the role
The Senior Engineer will join our dynamic Construction Engineering team, working on major projects throughout the United States and internationally. The role requires a high energy level, self-motivation, and the ability to work within a strong team environment while serving clients including architects, developers, institutions, and contractors. A strong "can-do" customer service attitude is essential.
Responsibilities
- Steel design and steel connection design
- Erection sequencing analysis
- Supervision of junior staff
- Client service and project delivery for major projects
- Collaboration with architects, developers, institutions, and contractors
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in steel design, steel connection design, and erection sequencing analysis
- Demonstrated career growth with experience supervising junior staff
- Master’s in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural strongly preferred
- P.E. license in your residing state, or ability to obtain within 6 months
- SAP 2000 modeling experience required
- Experience with Tekla and Building Information Modeling (BIM) a plus
- Proactive, strong organizational skills, and excellent written/verbal communication
- Client-service orientation
Schedule
This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between in-office and remote work. Work schedules are determined at the team level to support work-life integration.
