Admission to the State Bar of California
Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in employment law
Proven track record as a trusted legal advisor to clients
Possession of at least a partial book of portable business
Experience representing clients before:
EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission)
DFEH (Department of Fair Employment and Housing)
DLSE (Division of Labor Standards Enforcement)
CUIAB (California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board)
