Senior Employment Litigation Associate

Position Title: Senior Employment Litigation Associate  A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Litigation Associate to join its Denver office. This position involves independently managing complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, overseeing discovery, conducting depositions, arguing motions, and participating in trials and mediations. The attorney will also provide strategic legal counsel to employers on workplace disputes, employment policies, and compliance with federal and state employment laws. The ideal candidate is a seasoned employment litigator with strong trial experience, exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage sophisticated matters while maintaining strong client relationships.
