About the role
A Top Ranked Multi-Service Law Firm seeks an Employment Law Of Counsel to join our dynamic team in Silicon Valley, Tri-Valley, or Peninsula.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients before EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and CUIAB
- Provide legal advice to clients in employment law matters
- Handle both straightforward and complex employment law cases
- Collaborate with cross-practice teams for seamless client service
- Work closely with a highly sophisticated family law group
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in employment law
- Proven track record as a trusted legal advisor to clients
- Possession of a partial book of portable business
Qualifications
- Experience representing clients before EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and CUIAB

- Strong legal skills in employment law
