Responsibilities
Represent clients before EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and CUIAB
Provide trusted legal advice to clients
Handle employment law matters
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar
Admission to the State Bar of California
Minimum of 8 years of legal experience in employment law
Proven track record as a trusted legal advisor to clients
Possession of at least a partial book of portable business
Qualifications
Experience representing clients before EEOC, DFEH, DLSE, and CUIAB
Skills
