Senior Electrical Account Manager - Houston, TX

Responsibilities

  • Efficient coordination and planning to ensure consistent, high-quality, cost-effective, and timely deliverables and products for multiple projects.
  • Oversee, guide, and manage the work of contractors, vendors, suppliers, and employees.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and promote environmental stewardship and a health and safety-focused work culture.
  • Work closely with the company’s management team in a decision-support capacity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years or more years of progressively responsible experience in the electrical construction industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred or previous work as a Licensed Electrician/Supervisor.
  • Experience with Electrical / Power Systems such as UPS, Switchgear, Generators, PDU's; a must.
  • Managing Projects for Electrical installation of Equipment for high-profile projects is a plus.

Skills

  • Customer Service Driven.
  • Computer Savvy (Microsoft Suite, MS Project, etc.).
  • Solid Communicator – excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Monitor the performance and progress of staff, motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met.
