TETER is seeking a Senior Educational Facilities Planner to lead high-impact master planning efforts that guide millions in public investment. In this role, you’ll help school districts make confident decisions about modernization, growth, and long-range infrastructure strategy.

What You'll Do

- Lead districtwide facilities master planning and capital programs - Guide decisions on modernization, replacement, growth, and consolidation - Align enrollment projections and educational programs with facility needs - Develop capital improvement plans, including prioritization and phasing - Partner with architects and engineers to transition planning into design - Present recommendations to leadership teams, boards, and communities - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions

Qualifications

Required: - 8–10+ years in facilities planning, architecture, or capital programs - Experience with K–12 master planning or bond-funded projects - Strong ability to translate data into actionable planning strategies - Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills - Experience working with or within A/E/C teams Preferred: - California public school experience (CDE/DSA familiarity) - Experience presenting to boards or executive leadership - Professional licensure or advanced degree (a plus, not required)

Compensation & Benefits
