About the role
The Senior eDiscovery Services Specialist will manage complex litigation matters from forensic collections through final production, combining technical expertise with project management and client consulting.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple litigation matters from collection through production
- Cook up project schedules, budgets, and client deliverables
- Provide regular status updates and maintain complete project documentation
- Ensure quality control throughout every phase of the project
- Perform defensible collections from various sources
- Process ESI using iCONECT, FTK, LAW PreDiscovery, and related tools
- Execute OCR, metadata extraction, de-duplication, filtering, load file creation, and quality control
- Maintain chain of custody and evidence integrity throughout collections
- Administer iCONECT review workspaces, users, searches, and review batches
- Prepare TIFF, Native, PDF, and load file productions according to client and court requirements
- Perform final quality control before production delivery
- Advise clients on collection strategies and discovery workflows
- Explain technical concepts to attorneys and litigation teams
- Deliver training and ongoing support for hosted review platforms
Qualifications
- Five or more years of eDiscovery experience
- Three or more years of digital forensic collection experience
- Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while providing exceptional client service
Preferred Experience
- Experience with iCONECT, FTK, LAW PreDiscovery, and Magnet AXIOM
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based collections
- Relativity or Reveal experience
- EnCE, ACE, CCE, RCA, or similar certifications
- Experience supporting large, complex litigation matters
Pay
$95,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors.
