About the Role
The Senior eDiscovery Project Manager & Team Lead at Trustpoint.One serves as a senior client delivery leader responsible for managing complex eDiscovery matters while also providing strategic oversight across a portfolio of clients, engagements, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Experience Leadership
- Oversee the delivery of an exceptional client experience across a designated portfolio of clients, matters, and engagements.
- Serve as a senior trusted advisor and escalation point for complex client concerns, service delivery challenges, workflow decisions, and strategic case needs.
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive communication, consultative guidance, responsiveness, and consistent execution.
- Partner with clients to understand legal, business, technical, and operational objectives, ensuring Trustpoint’s services are aligned to client priorities.
- Lead or support strategic client discussions, including account-level meetings, business reviews, service improvement conversations, and growth-oriented initiatives.
- Gather, interpret, and act on client feedback to improve service delivery, strengthen client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for innovation or expansion.
- Serve as a voice of the client internally, helping translate client needs, trends, and concerns into actionable operational improvements.
- Senior Project Management & Complex Matter Execution
- Manage complex eDiscovery matters as the lead Project Manager, overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from scoping and data intake through processing, review, analytics, quality control, productions, and disposition.
- Provide strategic guidance on project workflows, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risks, and resource needs.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, communication plans, reporting, engagement protocols, and documentation to support efficient and defensible execution.
- Monitor project performance, deadlines, budgets, utilization, and deliverables to ensure client commitments are met.
- Anticipate risks and workflow challenges, escalating appropriately while also bringing recommended solutions forward.
- Ensure all matters are managed in accordance with Trustpoint best practices, client requirements, quality standards, and defensible eDiscovery methodologies.
- Balance direct project execution with broader portfolio oversight, ensuring both individual matters and client relationships are positioned for success.
- Pod Oversight & Service Delivery Ownership
- Provide strategic oversight across assigned clients and project teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor active matters within the pod to identify service gaps, project risks, communication issues, workflow inefficiencies, or resource constraints.
- Act as a senior escalation resource for Project Managers and internal teams when complex issues arise.
- Review account-level information, client metrics, project trends, and service performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to ensure appropriate staffing, workload balance, and delivery support across assigned engagements.
- Promote consistency in project execution while remaining flexible to client-specific needs, preferences, and protocols.
- Strengthen pod health by driving accountability, service excellence, and proactive client communication.
- Coaching, Mentorship & Knowledge Leadership
- Provide guidance to Project Managers on complex matter strategy, client communication, workflow design, escalation handling, and best practices.
- Mentor team members in developing stronger judgment, client service skills, project ownership, and strategic thinking.
- Share lessons learned, playbooks, tools, and practical guidance that improve consistency across the Project Management function.
- Identify training opportunities for individuals, assigned teams, or the broader PM group.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing, and client-centered execution.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, or a related client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high-volume, or strategically important eDiscovery matters.
- Proven ability to serve as a senior client contact, trusted advisor, and escalation point.
- Strong experience with Relativity/RelativityOne and other industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, workflows, and technologies.
- Deep understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, including collections, processing, review, analytics, productions, quality control, and reporting.
- Experience developing client playbooks, engagement protocols, SOPs, or process improvement documentation preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance client needs, operational realities, financial performance, and service quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead strategic client conversations and executive-level discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to coach or mentor other project professionals.
- Strong organizational skills, situational awareness, and ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.

Pay
In accordance with applicable state and local laws, Trustpoint.One provides a good faith compensation range for positions where required. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $45,000-$55,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend upon experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and other factors.
