Senior eDiscovery Application Support Engineer

The Senior eDiscovery Application Support Engineer role is based in the United States and offers support for critical eDiscovery technology environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing advanced technical support for a range of eDiscovery applications
• Maintaining and troubleshooting application reliability, performance, and resolving client issues
• Supporting platforms such as Relativity, NUX, Reveal, CloudNine, iPro, Brainspace, and others
• Analyzing, troubleshooting, and routing technical issues to appropriate teams
• Maintaining and monitoring client application environments
• Developing and updating internal technical documentation and procedures
• Communicating with customers throughout incident lifecycles
• Managing service requests and incidents through ticketing systems
• Tracking workload activities and managing time entries and expenses

Requirements include:

• Strong experience supporting eDiscovery applications and enterprise technology environments
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Relativity, NUX, Reveal, and/or other eDiscovery platforms
• Experience with Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification and/or Relativity Certified Administrator certification
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications and infrastructure environments
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% for client engagements
