  • Confirm the existence of an Accident Investigation & Reporting Program, drug and alcohol screening programs, and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Ensure employees receive health and safety training, including company policies, rules, and safe work practices.
  • Verify the use of fall-arrest equipment, retention of an outside safety consultant, and the conduct of safety meetings.
  • Respond to questions regarding OSHA training, toolbox talks, full-time competent tower climbers and rescue personnel, and the use of fall-arrest equipment.
  • Provide information for the last three years regarding OSHA logs and the use of fall-arrest equipment.
