Senior EBA Technical Analyst - ServiceNow (JR220821)

About the role

The Senior EBA Technical Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and analysis for ServiceNow applications. This includes troubleshooting issues, implementing new features, and ensuring system performance meets SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and analysis for ServiceNow applications
• Implement new features and enhancements to ServiceNow applications
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of ServiceNow best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support and/or technical analysis
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
